Godwin Morka was the Director, Research & Programme Development, with the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), from January 2015 to March 2021.
He served as Pioneer Zonal Head of the Lagos Zonal Office of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) as well as Head of Research and Programme Development at the headquarters.

Born on the 30th day of December 1966, Julie Donli obtained her bachelor of law from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and won the best prize for the annual Dean’s moot court competition in 1990.  She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992.
She has worked with reputable firms such as Anthony Igbene& Co. S. O Ajayi as an Associate from 1996 – 2002, Securities and Exchange Commission from July 1, 2002 to October 2, 2005 as a Manager in the Secretariat and Legal Administrative Department.
In August 2007, she was appointed the Executive Assistant to the Bayelsa State Governor until September, 2012.
She is the Principal Counsel of Julie Okah& Co, a firm of Legal Practitioners. She is also the founder, Julie Donli Kidney Foundation, a non-governmental and non-profit organisation set up to assist indigent patients suffering from kidney failure.
Julie Donli is also the chairperson of the board of trustees of the United Nations Voluntary Trust Fund for Victims of Trafficking in Persons (UNVTF). She was until December 2020, the Director-General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP).

Godwin Morka was the Director, Research & Programme Development, with the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), from January 2015 to March 2021.

Prior to that, he was an Editorial/Media Consultant to UNICEF, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and the Federal Ministry of Information on issues of women and children’s rights promotion and protection. 
He is a member of the group of experts on Migration of the AU/EU Migration Dialogue, since 2013, and a member of the roster of experts on Africa-Caribbean and Pacific Group on Migration. He has also served in the team of experts on the EU-Nigeria Dialogue on Return and Readmission, among other such Migration-related assignments.
